We are looking for a QMS document controller with excellent QMS, Sharepoint & document control experience. You will assist in the development and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System including functional and project document management as well as Records Management. The role will include production and issue of reports and trend data, support and assist in the training of the organisation in respect of the Integrated Management System to meet regulatory, stakeholder, certification bodies and business requirement.

Objectives

To support the BAU/Project Teams in ensuring the correct documentation is accounted for. This will be managed through close liaisons with Process Owners, Project Managers and the Project Quality Team.
To develop and maintain the Integrated Management System by supporting the organisation by providing guidance on the production and amendment of the Integrated Management System documents.
To ensure document control systems (SharePoint based Document Management System, 4 Projects) are maintained and verified as current.
To produce reports, predominantly through Microsoft Excel, which can be used for trending and monitoring work for Management System and Project Health reports
Support the Quality Engineers in business facing Quality & assurance meetings including but not limited to Document development/reviews, Root Cause Analysis, Action Close out and follow up.
Support the development of less experienced team members through coaching, mentoring, and allowing them to shadow as a learning experience.
Support production of Visio process diagrams for RSPs etc
To assist in the delivery of EHS&Q objectives.
Performing all day to day administrative and support duties associated with the role to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the Quality Departments records management arrangements
To meet LLWR Standards and Expectations in safety behaviour as appropriate to the role
To act as secretary, schedule, coordinate and take minutes for Quality & Assurance related meetings.
To liaise with stakeholders, where necessary e.g. NDA, LR, Subcontractors, customers and regulators.
Involvement in LLWRS QIP and RIE programmes.
