We are looking for a Chartered Surveyor with a rural or agricultural background, excellent experience of a range of estate management topics & knowledge of capital program projects.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Have lease renewals experience
Have Flood defence work experience
Be able to look for information for valuations etc
A Commercial background would be advantageous
To assist in estate management and to advise clients on Compulsory Purchase, flood alleviation projects and other Capital schemes, Asset rationalisation throughout East Anglia, specifically Cambridgeshire & Bedfordshire.
To provide technical advice and guidance to clients in other estate related areas of work such as valuations and acting as Intelligent Client in overseeing work of external suppliers.
Dealing with a large and individual case load to deliver quality work to deadlines.
As a qualified Chartered Surveyor (Rural or Commercial) used to working as part of a team, will be experienced in recording time spent on cases for charging purposes and delivering value for money.
The preferred base area is Peterborough. Currently home based with occasional office visits such as for induction etc
Travel will be required to site on occasion depending on the work allocated to the individual – usually Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire/home counties
