We are looking for a Traffic Management Planner and Scheduling specialist to lead on the proposal and delivery stages of all future Station Entry Points, the development and management of the Stn's TMP & traffic scheduling and plans.
You will have:
3-5 years experience in construction traffic planning/scheduling operations is highly desirable but not essential
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is desirable but not essential.
Project Management qualification
Ideally you will have military/defence experience.
Be responsible for managing the WTT Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and the effective and safe scheduling of WTT-related construction traffic and sub-contractor deliveries in to RAF Waddington.
Lead on proposals and designs of a future Stn Main Entry Point, plus additional subsidiary Entry Points to the Stn, whilst ensuring compliance to all JSP Security procedures. This will be in conjunction with monitoring and redesigning the traffic flow system around the Stn, incorporating a new addition to the vehicle access route around the airfield; thus, ensuring safe working practises and accessibility for all personnel serving at Waddington and ensuring efficiency in support of whole Stn output.
Hold a prominent role within the Traffic Management Working Group (TMWG) to ensure safe and coordinated operations between the various Stn functions (Operations Wing, Base Support Wing, Squadrons, Security, Safety Centre, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Regional Delivery works).
You can start on site with BPSS but must be eligible for SC.
