We are looking for a Psychology Design and Evaluation Manager with a MSc in Occupational or Organisational Psychology & ideally experience in psychometric design.
Under supervision, you will map all Naval Service roles to Royal Air Force Roles in order to recommend suitable scores for selection into all Naval Service roles. In order to do this, the following sub-tasks are required:
1. Comparison of the existing Naval Service Role Performance Statements (within a Training Needs Analysis) with those of the RAF.
2. Carry out interview/ focus groups with role holders/ Line Managers where clarity is required.
You will be:
Providing occupational psychology expertise to a number of work areas with the HR Directorate and managing the psychology of assessments. This includes the management of trainee psychologists.
Providing expert psychological expertise in the research, design, implementation, quality assurance and evaluation of occupational assessment solutions.
Delivering business as usual in accordance with the assessment calendar and work with key internal and external stakeholders to continually improve the effectiveness of recruitment and promotion assessment solutions to remain at the leading edge.
