We are looking for a Cost Manager with experience of the construction industry or estates/property management to work with the DIO site teams, regional programming teams and the Supply Chain to review and validate additional works on the CIDP which is currently valued at £95m for delivery this FY. This will involve undertaking a VFM assessment and providing assurance that works meet MoD Commercial requirements for injection into the NGEC contact.
In addition the Cost Manager will ensure that service provision is provided across the sub area sites. The work in partnership with the Industry Partner and other agencies to deliver five key tasks, these are to provide assurance of service delivery and statutory compliance of the estate, provide key stakeholder engagement and feedback on industry partner delivery, performance management to ensure that the industry partner is providing the correct level of serviced against agreed indicators, issue resolution to ensure that site based delivery issues are resolved to maintain operational outputs against agreed statement of need's (SON) and in-year programme delivery.
