Our client who has been in their industry sector for almost two decades is seeking someone to hit the ground running and join their supportive Admin team. This position will involve a number of duties and is key to the success of the business. It would suit someone who has perhaps a couple of years experience within a call centre or admin function.
Based in Tamworth, the hours are 8am - 5pm and there is parking on site.
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* The ability to problem solve over the phone and provide solutions and handle complaints
* Be able to prioritise the workflow of the engineers and work out the geographical locations
* Have fast and accurate keyboard skills
* Proficient with Excel.
