We are looking for a SC cleared (current) Change Manager ideally with experience of benefits within the MoD & the DISS.

Role Information

* Business Change Readiness Planning, Preparation and Assessment.
* Manage TSP and wider Test, Change and Transition (TCT) Benefits, including Benefits Realisation Management.
* Development of a Programme of Work, in concert with the ISS Portfolio Office.
* Put in place the necessary GFx for ISS to meet all authority obligations for the TSP.
* Develop the CONOPS and supporting processes, procedures and ways of working in support of the TCTmission, vision, values and strategic objectives.
* Develop RACI, Stakeholder engagement Plan and Communications Strategy and Plan.
* Develop Year 1 Business Plan and Maturity Model for the TCT/T

As well as the specific experience required above you will have the necessary qualifications, skills & experience of a Change Manager to take control of this requirement from its inception to its completion.
