Quality Improvement Lead
The Quality Assurance Lead provides quality assurance services to a range of clinical commissioning groups. The successful candidate will be drawing together evidence and intelligence across the areas of patient safety, patient experience and clinical effectiveness. The role is responsible for the monitoring of the clinical quality components across a range of healthcare providers. The role will also contribute to service development for the clinical quality service line, ensuring that innovative approaches continue to offer value to customers.
The role will produce regular quality reports, providing interpretation and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative information. The role will lead on performance management of adverse variance against quality standards and reporting.
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level qualification
Significant experience of working in this specialist area
Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment
Demonstrated experience in a Healthcare environment
Understanding of the public sector and more specifically the NHS
Numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills.
