We are looking for a Project Support/Administration Team Leader to lead and motivate a small team of people, supervise/manage the delivery of their workload ensuring process compliance and the maintenance of the integrity of information and documents.
Set up the framework for the capture and control of the Project’s documentation, organising the appropriate resources and facilities without supervision.
Carry out complex search and retrieval requests, collating and analysing information and produce high standard reports.
Organise their own workload and, maybe, for the small team, set targets to deliver the work and deal with issues arising from project documentation.
Provide advice and guidance to the Project Manager on good practice in document control/simple record management.
Proactively looks to improve process and systems towards best practice.
Maintain contacts within the Project Team seeking feedback on their performance and responding effectively to it; maintains contacts across the functions to enhance the service.
Ideally you will have Sellafield experience & be available now/on a short notice period.
Location: Sellafield/WFH - 50/50
