We are looking for a SC cleared Business Change Manager/Trainer to champion best practice in both change management and training and provide expert advice to the SW Programme team and wider DIO community.
This role is people focused and involves managing stakeholder relationships across the business using an understanding of change management impacts in order to plan and oversee change interventions that deliver the desired behaviours and outcomes. Activities involve supporting employee engagement and all aspects of effective change management including:
stakeholder engagement/communications/change impacts/training/upskilling/business readiness.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Demonstrable experience of the Office365 applications, specfically MS Teams;
Familiar with Smarter Working fundamentals
Understanding what is business change and comfortable with change management
Desired Skills and Credentials:
APM Change Management Practitioner
Effective Training Delivery
Effective Presentation/Facilitation skills
Work will be in Lichfield / remote - mainly remote working at the moment but need to be able to come to the office as and when needed, some travel might also be required
