Number 8 is very proud of its Kiwi roots and we take our role finding great people to send to NZ, very seriously. For many years, relocation to NZ has been heavily regulated and has excluded many would be migrants. Recent events have identified significant skills shortages and construction is a sector that has been affected more than most. These skills gaps have created both opportunities and a more open door policy to enable employers who have had no success finding competent people locally, to bring these much needed skills in from outside NZ.
Our role at Number 8 is to work on behalf of our NZ based clients to identify potential candidates who not only fit the brief for the role but also have the attitude and commitment it takes to successfully integrate into the Kiwi environment.
