We have the capability to carry out small package works for clients, and this division has developed at quite a pace
over the last year or so.
We think there is often the need for a contractor to pick up certain works that occur mid-programme on site – this may
range from fencing works and pathways to carpentry packages and small builders works.
These small works can generally fall between the main contractor and sub contractors, where neither party has the will
or capability to carry them out.
This is where we can come in.
We’re able to mobilise at very short notice, usually within a couple of days of agreeing terms and a price, as we have the
labour already on our database. We can project manage the works and provide a regular presence on site.
We have carried out several projects during the last 6 months and can provide references if need be. A few examples:
1. Carpentry package on a new Tesco Express
2. New kitchen/extension on a private London house
3. Repairs to an industrial roof
4. Newbuild brick and block work to form a new Tesco comms room
We think the key to delivering this service is speed and efficiency of mobilisation – something that
could really help if deadlines are looming.
