The experience individuals receive daily can only be fully utilised if all information is readily available and accurate.

Our state of the art front office system provides efficient access to latest information on availability, specific skills and experience, location and client history. To ensure the information is reliable and accurate, we visit the sites to observe the sub contractors carry out their duties, obtain feedback from site management and monitor daily time records.

The information gained allows us to place a rating on each sub contractor. This gives us the ability to meet the specific needs of a client and ensures costs can be managed efficiently. It is also a clear indicator for individuals who want to maximise their earning power.

These assessments also play a major role in determining which individual sub contractors would benefit from additional training or have the required attributes to advance into new roles.
