From our very first contact with potential subcontractors, our focus on maintaining high standards is reinforced. Our interview process gives us an initial indication of experience, attitude and ambition. But it is not until individuals are given the opportunity to prove themselves, that we can see if they have the ability and desire to work to the standards we expect. Through close contact with Clients and regular on site monitoring we are able to retain the services of motivated, skilled individuals with the ability to meet these standards.
To reinforce the ‘team’ ethic, it is important to appreciate the value of performance at every level of the construction ladder. We encourage all sub contractors, whatever task they are performing, to value their contribution by giving 100%. Our expectation is that sub contractors working through Number 8 will stand out on site for all the right reasons.
Through consultation and close relationships with Clients, we can obtain the services of skilled sub contractors specific to their requirements. With our international contacts we can cast a very wide net to ensure the best resources are available.
