Number 8 in pleased to announce its membership with the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC) Construction division.The REC is the representative body for the UK’s £27 billion private recruitment and staffing industry with a membership of more than 8,000 corporate members comprising agencies and businesses from all sectors and 6,000 members of the Instituate of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) made up of recruitment consultants and other industry professionals. All members must abide by an REC Code of Professional Practice.The REC Construction Sector Group provides specialist support and advice to agencies dealing in building, construction, architects and civil engineering throughout the UK.Here at Number 8, we feel that joining the REC is a positive step towards ensuring we comply with industry regulations and we are always one step ahead in the recruitment sector.
